Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to access or use CXBliss Services.
• By enrolling, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• CXBliss reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements.

Use of Services

You may use CXBliss Services solely for personal, educational, and professional development purposes.

• Share login credentials or grant access to non-enrolled individuals.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All CXBliss content including frameworks, curricula, videos, tools, templates, branding, logos, methodologies, and certifications is the exclusive intellectual property of CXBliss.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials for personal and professional growth only.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payments, Enrollment & Deferral Policy

• All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• No Refund Policy: All payments made to CXBliss are final and non-refundable.
• Deferral Option: If you are unable to complete a program, you may request a one-time deferral to the next available cohort, subject to approval.
• Enrollment is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from CXBliss.

Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all program requirements.
• CXBliss reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if requirements are not met or if these Terms are violated.
• Certificates represent completion, not guaranteed employment or business outcomes.

Third-Party Tools & External Platforms

CXBliss Services may integrate or link to third-party tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, YouTube, LinkedIn, or payment processors.

• CXBliss is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of third-party platforms.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

• CXBliss does not guarantee specific career, financial, business, or employment outcomes.
• All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CXBliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• CXBliss shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the use of its Services, and no refunds, reimbursements, or monetary compensation shall be provided under any circumstances.

Termination

• CXBliss may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued upon termination.

Changes to These Terms

• CXBliss reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice or consent.
• Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
• Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Global Application & Governing Law

• Unless otherwise required by applicable international law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.
