06. Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery
The CX Mentorship Program is designed to provide structured learning, practical application, mentorship, and professional development in customer experience. Where certification is included as part of the applicable programme, the Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery is awarded only to learners who successfully satisfy the certification requirements applicable to their cohort.
06.1 Certification Is Conditional on Completion
Payment for or enrolment in the CX Mentorship Program does not, by itself, guarantee certification.
The Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery represents successful completion of the applicable programme requirements. Accordingly, CXBLISS will only issue the certification to learners who have completed all mandatory learning milestones and requirements established for their cohort.
Certification requirements may include, but are not limited to:
- Completion of all required programme modules and learning materials;
- Completion and submission of all mandatory assignments and practical tasks;
- Completion of required assessments and learning activities;
- Submission of required reflections, feedback, or programme evaluations;
- Completion of the required final project or portfolio;
- Participation in required project presentations or demonstrations;
- Completion of any required practical or application-based activities; and
- Compliance with applicable programme deadlines, submission windows, and final completion requirements.
The specific requirements and milestones applicable to a learner will be communicated through the student portal, programme materials, official announcements, email, or other approved CXBLISS communication channels.
06.2 Certification Eligibility
A learner will be considered eligible for certification only after CXBLISS has reviewed the learner's programme completion and determined that all mandatory requirements applicable to the relevant cohort have been satisfactorily completed.
Attendance, participation, payment, or access to programme materials alone does not constitute completion.
CXBLISS reserves the right to withhold certification where a learner has failed to complete one or more mandatory requirements or otherwise has not met the applicable certification standard.
06.3 Incomplete Programme Requirements
Where a learner fails to complete the required milestones within the applicable programme period, the learner will be considered incomplete for certification purposes and will not be eligible to receive the Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery for that cohort.
This may apply where a learner:
- Fails to submit required assignments or practical tasks;
- Leaves mandatory coursework incomplete;
- Fails to complete required assessments;
- Fails to complete or submit the final project;
- Fails to participate in a required presentation or evaluation;
- Fails to complete required reflections or other mandatory activities;
- Misses the final submission deadline; or
- Fails to satisfy another mandatory certification requirement communicated for the relevant cohort.
Partial completion does not create an entitlement to certification.
06.4 Deadlines and Final Completion Window
Each cohort operates within a defined programme period and completion window.
Learners are responsible for monitoring the student portal and official CXBLISS communications and completing all required milestones within the deadlines communicated for their cohort.
Where CXBLISS provides a grace period, extension, or final resubmission opportunity, the applicable deadline communicated by CXBLISS will constitute the final completion deadline unless CXBLISS expressly approves otherwise.
Learners should not assume that missed deadlines will automatically be extended or reopened.
06.5 Student Portal and Cohort Access
Access to the CXBLISS student portal and other cohort-specific learning resources is provided for participation in the learner's enrolled cohort.
Following the conclusion of the applicable cohort and the final completion period, CXBLISS may disable or close access to the student portal and other cohort-specific resources for learners who have not completed the mandatory programme and certification requirements.
Student portal access should not be interpreted as an indefinite entitlement to access programme materials after the learner's cohort or applicable programme period has ended.
06.6 Non-Certification Following Cohort Closure
A learner who does not complete the applicable mandatory requirements within the required completion period will not automatically receive certification after the cohort has closed.
CXBLISS will not issue a Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery solely because a learner:
- Paid the programme fee;
- Was admitted into a cohort;
- Had access to the student portal;
- Attended some programme sessions;
- Completed only part of the coursework;
- Participated in some programme activities; or
- Completed some, but not all, of the mandatory milestones.
The certification is awarded based on demonstrated completion of the applicable requirements, not solely on enrolment or payment.
06.7 Re-Enrolment for Certification
A learner who does not complete the requirements of their original cohort but wishes to pursue the Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery may be required to enrol in a subsequent CXBLISS cohort.
Re-enrolment constitutes a new programme enrolment and is subject to the programme fee, schedule, terms, conditions, and requirements applicable to the new cohort.
Where re-enrolment is required, the learner may be required to complete the applicable programme requirements again, including required modules, assignments, practical tasks, assessments, final projects, presentations, and other certification milestones.
Previous partial completion does not automatically transfer certification eligibility to a subsequent cohort unless CXBLISS expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
06.8 No Automatic Certification Based on Payment
The payment and non-refundable payment provisions contained in these Terms relate to access to the applicable CXBLISS Service and do not constitute a guarantee of certification.
A learner may therefore complete payment for a programme but remain ineligible for certification if the learner does not complete the applicable certification requirements.
No refund, credit, or automatic certification will arise solely because a learner has failed to complete the required programme milestones.
06.9 Certification Integrity
CXBLISS is committed to maintaining the integrity and professional value of its certification.
The Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery is intended to represent that the recipient has completed the applicable learning requirements and demonstrated the level of participation and practical application required by CXBLISS for certification.
CXBLISS will therefore not knowingly certify a learner who has not satisfied the applicable certification requirements.
This policy is intended to ensure that the certification remains a meaningful representation of learning, practical application, and programme completion.
06.10 Learner Responsibility
Each learner is responsible for taking reasonable steps to complete the requirements of their cohort.
Learners are expected to:
- Review the programme requirements at the beginning of the cohort;
- Monitor the student portal and official CXBLISS communications;
- Keep track of assignment, project, and assessment deadlines;
- Submit required work within the applicable submission periods;
- Participate in required presentations, assessments, or practical activities;
- Raise technical or access-related issues with CXBLISS promptly;
- Seek clarification where a programme requirement is unclear; and
- Ensure that all mandatory requirements have been completed before the final completion deadline.
Failure to monitor programme communications or deadlines does not automatically extend the applicable completion period.
06.11 CXBLISS Certification Decision
Following completion of each cohort, CXBLISS may conduct a certification eligibility review.
The review may consider the learner's completion of modules, assignments, practical tasks, assessments, project work, presentations, reflections, feedback requirements, deadlines, and any other mandatory requirements communicated for the cohort.
The decision to issue or withhold certification will be based on the applicable certification requirements and the learner's recorded completion status.
CXBLISS reserves the right to withhold certification where the learner has not met the required standard.
06.12 Programme and Certification Requirements May Be Updated
CXBLISS may reasonably modify programme milestones, learning activities, assessment requirements, project requirements, deadlines, or other certification conditions where necessary to maintain the quality, relevance, or integrity of the programme.
Where a material change affects certification eligibility, CXBLISS will communicate the applicable requirements to affected learners through an official communication channel.
06.13 Acceptance of Certification Conditions
By enrolling in a CXBLISS programme that includes or offers the Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery, the learner acknowledges and agrees that:
- Certification is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable requirements;
- Payment or enrolment does not guarantee certification;
- Failure to complete mandatory milestones may result in non-certification;
- Cohort-specific student portal access may be disabled or closed after the applicable completion period;
- A learner who fails to complete the requirements may be required to enrol in a subsequent cohort to pursue certification;
- Re-enrolment may require payment of the applicable programme fee; and
- CXBLISS has the right to withhold certification where the learner has not satisfied the applicable certification requirements.
Our Certification Standard
CXBLISS certifies demonstrated completion and achievement—not simply enrolment or payment.
The Professional Certification in Customer Experience Mastery is issued only to learners who have successfully completed the requirements established for their applicable cohort.
