Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent and fair terms governing our training programs, consulting engagements, executive coaching, and digital products.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased through CXBLISS Limited, including professional training programs, workshops, consulting services, executive coaching, speaking engagements, corporate advisory services, and any digital resources offered through our website.

By purchasing any service from CXBLISS Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Our Commitment

At CXBLISS Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through every engagement. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle refund and cancellation requests fairly while protecting the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to serving our clients.

Service-Specific Terms

Training Programs and Workshops

Customers may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment, provided that:

  • The training has not started.
  • No learning materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • No participant has attended a live session.

Where these conditions are met, CXBLISS may approve a full refund.

Non-Refundable Triggers: Once access to course materials occurs, participation in a live session starts, or the training programme commences, the payment becomes fully non-refundable.

If a participant cannot attend a scheduled programme, they may request a transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the programme begins.

Consulting Services

Consulting sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

Clients may reschedule a booked session by providing at least 48 hours' written notice. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a missed appointment and will not qualify for a refund.

Executive Coaching

Coaching sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without prior communication will be considered completed and are non-refundable.

Corporate Consulting & Advisory

Enterprise consulting projects are governed by individual service agreements signed between CXBLISS Limited and the client.

Payments already applied to completed project phases, milestones, workshops, assessments, or deliverables are non-refundable. Where a project is cancelled before work begins, any eligible refund will be determined after deducting administrative costs or expenses already incurred.

Speaking Engagements

Cancellation terms for keynote presentations, facilitation, executive retreats, and corporate speaking engagements shall follow the specific agreement signed with the client.

Any deposits paid to secure dates may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, downloadable templates, guides, toolkits, assessments, and similar resources are non-refundable after purchase because access is provided immediately.

If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Where payments are processed through Flutterwave, card refunds may take approximately 3 to 15 business days, while bank transfer refunds are generally processed more quickly depending on the receiving bank.

How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used during registration
  • Service purchased
  • Payment reference
  • Reason for the request

Exceptional Circumstances

CXBLISS Limited reserves the right to approve partial or full refunds in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Payment errors
  • Inability to deliver the purchased service
  • Cancellation initiated by CXBLISS

Any refund granted remains at the sole discretion of CXBLISS Limited.
